We hear too much, "you shouldn't dress like that" or "you shouldn't tease" or "why are you so drunk around men like that". I can agree with you there. I supposed I just see less and less people acting like that. Like, I can't associate with somebody that blames the victim for something like this. Doesn't mean they don't still exist.
