nah. Just keep it the way it is. Just trim the fat on shyt like the music performances. And nobody else should be getting those super duper long Undertaker entrances and exit. Even the HHH Entrance didn't seem that long. Also there is no reason to have the HOF people come out again during wrestlemania. There are lots of ways they can trim the show down.

Matches wouldn't mean anything if they set it up for 2 day. There will be filler matches.
They should just have the title matches on Mania and make them mean something with proper build up. Throw in 1-2 matches non title and it's fine.

They can easily move nxt to Friday night

Nobody wants short Mania matches. And all that does is make everything feel rushed.
This is a good idea on paper, but WWE can barely handle two TV shows. As long as Vince is alive, a second Mania day would be treated like the B-show. Probably have Kalisto vs Curtis Axel main eventing or some shyt.
