I think it's about wanting some control or reliving their high school years.They probably don't want to get old,so go into teaching.There is a thing that some grown men get called 'peter pan syndrome' where these men refuse to leave home and just live with their parents and play computer games. This is like the female version of it.

And here's another thing, they'll pat their sons on the back and pump their fists as long as it's a FEMALE teacher. What happens if it's a male teacher? For that matter, would a female teacher get a pass if their daughters were the targets? What side will they take? Will it be the side of female teachers sexing students is okay? Or, will it be female students shouldn't be having sex with teachers?
