I see, well maybe music is your passion, every thought of perusing it? same for weed, its being more and more legal now in more states, maybe try and get into that business ?

Lots of stuff I want to do with music. I should really teach myself how to produce. I like to DJ...but I stopped pursuing that because you can't just play shyt you wanna play, sometimes you HAVE to play top 40s and I can't stand that. No, not on my decks. But honestly, I just enjoy listening tha most. Literally takes me to another dimension.
Weed...yea I definitely want to make money off of it. It isn't legal in Ohio yet but your post got me thinking about future endeavors for when it is...

I was just thinking this today. I want to work, make enough money so that when I am in mid 30s I take a couple of years off and completely isolate myself. That is travel, visit certain places. (I have already started making an itinerary). And for once in my life be alone.
So in short: I want to bask in solitude but first I gotta make enough money to do so.
I am working hard in school to achieve a high gpa (just so phd, masters etc will be possible later on), and networking so I can secure a job. I plan on working at one of the centers at my uni to start off.
that is really different, the isolation part but i see you want to travel, that pretty cool, something i want to do myself. which places you plan to visit?
i do not follow any particular person on this forum, so i have no idea about your passions, but if you would like to answer the question in this thread thats cool, if you do not thats cool also thanks.

Honestly do not know.
Can say, in all honesty, though, I wonder if the people in the world who are living in 'uncivilized' places ever contemplate this stuff, or if they are able to just enjoy life for what it is, day in and day out. I can't even begin to imagine what a life like that must be like.
very great point, when you are in survival mode, all you think its work, money, food, shelter, etc, when you are comfortable to some degree then you start to think what do you want out of life? many do not get to ask that question, so its all relative.
another thought is the question "uncivilized" and i understand its in quotes , so my thought is is the USA civilized with the excesses of capitalizing, the increase differential in pay wages, people working 6 to 7 days per week to feed their families and not having time for self or time to reflect, have neighbors we do not see etc, so is our lives more "civilized"

Kenya & Somalia*( mom family is there)
Niger
Nigeria
Algeria
Morroco ( atlas mountains and Marrakesh)
Istanbul
Iceland
If you haven't noticed most of my travels take place in the Saharan desert, mostly due to the isolation and the extreme forces of nature that excite my inner romanticist.
