Yep. Even if the matches weren’t actually good, there were still so many defined characters and personalities that would engage you regardless. The most non-over people during Attitude were Sean Staziak, Just Joe, and Mideon. Meanwhile, there’s guys today high on the card that wish they could get the reactions of Crash Holly and Godfather.

When only one guy in the whole company is getting consistent big pops (Seth Rollins) there's a serious problem.

Yep. And this didn’t suddenly happen, it’s a gradual build. The WWE spent so many years riding Cena like a horse that they forgot about other people. Didn’t properly build their roster post-Austin/Rock
