If a muslim brotherhood found the rosetta stone they would shatter it with a sledgehammer. FOh with thiis "white man is involved so it's bad" foolish nonsense.

The first time I walked through the Egyptian exhibit at the British Museum, I thought :whoo:cot damn those Brits cleaned out the pyramids. The got sarcophaguses, fully intact mummies:scusthov:, 20 ft sphinxes, the sacred artifacts the Egyptians buried with them:whoa:....i'm talking rooms and rooms of that shyt. The amount of pillaging they did is sad, but impressive.

British Museum is the most visited UK attraction again
http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-21739486

:mjpls: They aint gon let it go that easily.

But to be fair, the British History Museum is PIFF breh. :noah: I spend hours every time I go there and have yet to visit every room.

These guys have artefacts from everywhere in the world. The collection began over 200 years ago and they ruled like half the world at one point or another. You can guess the kind of shyt they have in stock.

I went to the British museum and was :mindblown: that damn near everything in the building was something they jacked from another country.

Western Euros have no ancient culture to boast about.

"Well, ah, as you can see here, we have this bronze-tungsten five ducat coin, bearing a remarkable likeness to King Ethelbert the Studious over here, and, oh, goodness, this appears to be a genuine Saxon dinner plate, not made for eating off, mind you, but for draping over the ancestral hearth, and, er, two pint of bitter please landlord"

I dunno man he has a point....you see what they are doing to their own shrines, they'd probably blow up the pyramids if they could.

If the British (and colonialism) never came then you have an alternate history :what:

The only upside to it is they keep a lot of that stuff in great condition. I thought the same thing when i went to the Met in Manhattan, but then was like when will I be able to actually go to Egypt to even see this stuff...and if i did, how much of it would even still be there had they not been collected and preserved. I learned a lot of stuff that wasnt pillaged was actually given to the US and UK as presents by Egypt as gifts for financial aid and to help build infrastructure to preserve more things.

it's actually good they got it out of there. Lots of it would have been destroyed and shattered across the desert if europeans didn't go in their after and take it out. And if it would have been destroyed nobody would have known anything about egypt.

I dunno man, before people went and meddled with those artifacts, they seemed to have been just fine where they were for thousands of years.

The so-called white man, starting with the Khazar fake Jew are hands down the most prolific thieves in the history of all mankind. They define the words: Devil and Satan. They are the children of the Wicked One.

Last time I was in London, most of the museum's were free to get into. Historically they may have plundered these artifacts, but currently they preserve, protect and display them for all to see, many free of charge.

Not sure what the alternative is. :yeshrug:

Return them to their rightful owner? Who rightfully owns any of these things? My guess is that many of these artifacts would end up on the private market were they removed from museums.

The greed of ALL men is strong....
