, they young though. Give em a couple more years they'll be a playoff team. Got a nice young core. How can you determine this so soon? You guys think they were supposed to be competing for titles as rookies and sophomores? This team and Philly shows.. tanking won't necessarily mean improvement in the future

It's not even a culture of losing (which they do have). It's that their two best players are in their first and second year in the league, that's no recipe for success no matter how much people will try to tell you draft picks/youth/rookies >>>>>>> all when it comes to the NBA. Now, a couple of/few years down the road we'll see what they have. They will also have back to back rookies of the year. That team just has a culture of losing. Players go there and accept the losing or try to leave. I keep saying this team needs to be dissolved or relocated like the Memphis.
And it's ironic the amount of one and done players they have on their roster as well.![]()
Thread might as well have been closed after this. Dumb ass thread.trash thread
kevin durants first year they won 20 games
the next year with russell westbrook they won 23 games
the year after that they won 50 after drafting harden
it's a process....the coaches might suck...but it takes a while for players that just came into the league to learn how to win consistently
Didn't he get fired in Toronto after 2 playoff seasons and winning COTY? Or were you just using hyperbole?they also employ sam mitchell, who is one of the worst coaches in recent memory
Nothing would happenIf they played in the least...
