I didn't like Donda on first listen but it grew on me after a while. With that said, besides "Off the Grid" and "New Again" I don't go back to any of those songs. TOO much filler.
Call Me If You Get Lost is concise, gets to the point, and the overall message is dope. Nothing on CMIYGL sounds like the Neptunes...maybe "RISE".
I’m pretty sure Lemonhead is also an old Neptune’s beat
Run it up is a Pharrell Williams type song 100%
Juggernaut also.....but i digress
I don’t think there’s one song on Tyler album better than hurricane or 24.
Not much uplifting feel good music like “pure souls/keep my spirit alive” on Tyler’s album either
Run it up is

though
Cmifygl might be more consistent and concise in its theme but Dondas highs are higher even though the lows are lower
And Donda theme is also pretty straightforward but stronger
God/redemption/tribute to his mother/positive rap > I’m rich I travel a lot I cheated and I’m a bad person/I battled adversity/haters to make it (amongst the typical rap lyrics he’s been known for)
not to down Tyler or overlook it being a great album but it’s nothing you don’t already expect from Tyler if you’re a longtime fan. It’s just more refined with very few mistakes/bad songs
