Last year was a really strong year for music, but somehow this is the album that's had the most longevity for me. The production on it is damn near flawless. I don't call many albums a classic, but I think this one might be.

It’s better than More Life

It's definitely better than More Life. That was good, but since it was basically just a bunch of random songs, it didn't have the cohesiveness this has.

And while Damn is also really good, it feels like it's lacking songs that are meant to latch on and stay with you for a while like Flower Boy does. Damn is in a weird spot because it's easily Kendrick's most accessible album, but of his four albums might somehow end up ranked last for me.
