Wasn’t doja cat born in Ithaca, NY?

Looking at her wikipedia page rn it says Tarzana, LA. It's a typical white suburb seemingly

Edit: Its a type of black Stockholm syndrome I think. You spend so much time around 'them', you become completely numb to black issues even if you actively consume black art, because they consume black art and that's a kind of an 'in' with 'them'.

Bruh, some black psycologist needs to do a study on token black experiences and it's parallels with Stockholm syndrome if it hasn't already been done. It would do rounds

also, was this for the same album that tyler did a whole grammy speech chastising them for classifying it as a rap album? he told them he should be in a alternative category or some shyt. this is a moot discussion unless he just wants to be messy :what:

Khalid is a fat phony who dont even make the beats on his albums. I dont listen to Tyler but i can respect that he makes his own shyt. All khalid does is yell his name on intros, no beats, no rappin, nothin. He gets other people to make music n slaps his name on it.

hes the rap equivalent of the guy that puts together them Now That’s What I Call Music compilations

You’re off base with her.

Doja Cat is not a black American. She is the product of a c00n South African man and a white woman. I believe her c00n father left her mother. With her being raised by a white woman in a white suburb I can only assume there were zero black American influences in her life. The only thing black about her is that she looks “black”.

When I say black I mean ADOS.

She was raised by a white woman in a white suburb and ended up a being tragic mulatto who hates herself and loves everything white. Yet is able to exploit black culture based off her looks.

A garbage tier individual :camby:

He’s right. Khaled dropped the mask during that fiasco. He talks about being positive and not hating yet clearly went out his way to denigrate Tyler for daring to outsell him. Damn near tried to say a black rapper isn’t black enough and nobody listens to him.

I can see what you mean. Her only connection to her Africanness is through her Zulu father, who she's gone on record to say she has zero relationship with. She has zero connection to ADOS issues

I feel kinda sorry for her to be honest. I hope she comes around full-circle one day

Not ADOS issues, but black identity.

Those two things are not mutually exclusive. You were specifically talking about black Stockholm syndrome.

I feel him. You make an album and you got a nikka talking crazy bout it because you went number 1 and he didn't.

Talk ya ish bro

That feeling is that feeling, don't matter if you "sweet" "trying not to be black" or whatever else ya'll saying about him. And it all may be true (idc to be honest) but he got a point about a couple years ago when Igor dropped
and Khaled was talking bad bout him
