So if I get the premise of this thread correctly, Tyler said something positive about D'Angelo, his white fanbase said some racist shyt so Tyler got at them and now because he clapped at those white folks for saying racist shyt black people are taking it upon themselves to go at Tyler?
I admit, I've listened to Tyler throughout his career & I did hear a lot of things I disagreed with. I knew kids like him at every point in life, kids that just crave attention doing dumb stuff. Eating worms (roaches..), wearing stupid stuff, gay jokes, dark humor.. anything to bring attention good or bad to themselves.

I didn't dislike those kids, just never cared to be around them... hi & bye. What seperated this guy is the love & appreciation for the music, you can hear it. At then end of one of them OF tapes he was shouting out the music that shaped him. I was impressed. Hearing him talk about music will always be fascinating to me because not many do.

I tried to find clips of what I mean but everything is tik tok, IG & reddit, later for that.

Dude’s a Nigerian. Nigerians (like most Africans and other Black immigrants) are c00ns.
Dude grew up with only his Black American mother (not even knowing his Nigerian father)

A subset of Black Americans who don’t know their history (spanning across all coasts) are c00ns.

Nah. It's "You pandered to these white folks for years...at the end of the day, they don't really love you or black culture, breh"

A very confusing point to make since it seems like he was going at these white folks for said dislike of him and black culture.

What Tyler did was wrong but don't switch up the energy cuz its Nas. Plenty of rappers showcased blackface imagery in their music.

If they are doing business with Jews, both are c00ns.

You can call me a c00n, but my new casino will be opening soon.Grab your wallets and place your bets, since the early 90s I have been one of the best. I was the first rapper in New york to wear the pelle pelle with a Patek.

Kendrick’s hoe ass.

Even before this c00n ass statement, I never really vibed with Kendrick. He stayed giving me new black vibes and his fanbase proves it. And he comes across as insincere.

It’s those try hard liberal whites or new blacks who make up the majority of his audience. I don’t know any real ones who really bump Kendrick like that. They really try and convince everyone else that Kendrick is so avant-Garde, and only us “philistines” can’t comprehend his genius.

I did enjoy his first album to be fair. But after that, pure pretentious crap. He’s the other side of the coin to Tyler: the latter appeals to Alt-right CACs by enabling their racism while the former panders to the Gen Z “utopía” crowd.

Early 20s is not early teens.

He was an ignorant young adult performing for cac dollars.

Young ppl with sense and education don’t act the way he did at that age. It is what it is.

And yea that Larry King interview was a BAAAAD LOOK.

Larry was sitting back rocking in his chair chuckling at him. That’s why he specifically asked him how he would feel if someone called him “boy”— because he knows how disrespectful it is and how/why Whites said it to Black men.

Definitely embarrassed his family with that interview :francis:
He thought rap was beneath him. Said when people mention his name mention next to Tarantino. I don’t want to be mentioned next to rappers at all. His last few projects have been him ingraining himself in hip hop culture. It seemed fake and performative to me cause when I saw this he shyt on rap
