Who were your influences in rap music

As far as rap, you know, just the greats man. Jay, Pac, Big, Wayne, the Diddys, * names local rapper from their home town that nobody has ever heard of*. I was inspired by a lot of the greats that come before me man. Them dudes are legends so you know I just tip my cap and try to get up there with them one day :yeshrug:

What separates you from other rappers? :skip:

Well you know, everything I talk about is real man. Circumstances and situations I've been through in my life and you know, the fans can relate to a nikka like me. Like...I'm real from the hood, nahmean? I really had to be in the streets hustling to put food on the table. So I feel like I'm speaking for the people, the ones still struggling in the streets. Nahmean? The havenots. I speak for them :obama:

Uhhh.... Okay, so tell us about your new song "I Got Money Out the Ass" :mjpls:

LMAO that's another good point, the interviewers responses to their answers have me dying. They feed them a line of bullshyt then the interviewer will just be like "That's what's up man. So..."

Interviewer: So your album dropped two weeks ago now...what you think about the response so far?

Rapper: I mean, I didn't really put out no promo or nothin...just kinda put that shyt out there so the numbers were better than I expected.

Interviewer: You sold 1800 first week

Rapper: Yeah...with no promo, and it was undershipped too, so...you know.

Interviewer: But how do...

Rapper: I mean, this rappin thing...it's not even what I do. You nawmsayin, I'm iced out all day. So the records is just for the fans.

*laughs*

"let me tell you about this…i just get to the studio
and you know i'm vibin listening to some beats
then my man plays this record, everybody start bobbing their head
so i'm yeah that's the one. so i go into the booth
and what's crazy is i don't even write so i just spit
and i knew that this was the one that was gonna be that #1 hit.
i didn't try to make a west coast or east record, or a girl record, i made this record for me.
and i expect to do some big numbers with this project

*3 months later*
i just didn't have the control i wanted to, you
know with the label i gotta have this type of record for this audience you know…
and you know i didn't expect to do a million copies the first week,
i mean that's only the wayne's and the drake's
but i got the streets and at the end of the day that's what's most important
so on this next go round i'mma do something for me and my people

"at the end of the day:stopitslime:"
"we pushed the album back because I wanted to go back and put a few more touches on it, im a perfectionist:duck:"
"im in an actual creative space where I can make music that reflects the competitive nature of the artform and the harsh realities of the neighborhood I grew up in for the general public:smug50:"

:dead:

"Nah mean, I been working on this album. This shyt's crazy. I got everything for someone. For the ladies, for the streets, for the clubs, the down south nikkas, for the strip clubs. shyt's gonna be bananas!" :whew:

*After album flops*

"The streets wasn't prepared for that shyt. I was ahead of the game with the [insert cliche producer and rapper of the moment] and the label didn't promote me right, namsayin?"
