This is an important lesson for the young mens they have to physically serve you the papers....and sign for them.
Have a few aliases on deck.
It depends on the rules of the state that the papers are filed in. Some don't require signatures. Don't wanna accept them in hand? Fine. Drop them at their feet and keep it moving.
Aliases don't mean shyt. If you're recognized (plaintiff has a photo) or identified as the person needing to be served ("that's him/her right there"), the process server signs an affidavit stating so.
