He's wondering why his song "Shame" is #1 on the R&B chart, but doesn't get any mainstream play.

He's certainly got a point, IMO. Black/urban stations have no problem playing Robin Thicke, Timberlake, Sam Smith all day long and the mainstream/pop stations play them as well. But you won't hear Tyrese on mainstream station.
