You gotta start winning at a high level so players see the benefit of dealing with you being in their face all the time. Let this be a lesson though...any coach hired to take over a program MUST get a tested, game-ready QB his first year...I don't care if it's a JC guy, a 5th year transfer...universities these days give you 3 years to get shyt right. You can't wait for guys to "get it", you have to go get one that's already did it. Not having a QB will be the downfall of Strong.

I can't believe they went a 2nd straight off-season without getting a Transfer or Juco QB.
