Dude gets paid a lot of money to be so 1 dimensional. This is why I made my thread about Alonzo Mourning, Zo was better as a rook than TC ever was.

Tyson isn't garbage. He's not going to get you buckets the way Marc Gasol, Andrew Bynum, and Brook Lopez can, but he can anchor a defense on the back end. He makes aggressive 1s and 2s think twice about entering the lane, and he's fairly good at getting rebounds and forcing players to change their shots due to his presence.

One bad game shouldn't cloud everybody's judgement here. Tyson Chandler is a tough, physical 5 in a league full of soft 5s these days, and he works best when paired with a Stretch 4 who can space the floor and shoot (Dirk Nowitzki or Ryan Anderson come to mind).

:patrice: but he got outscored and outrebounded last series by a 37 year old pf who played center cause they team dont have none, he should have atleast been able to dominate the boards that series they had no center, hibbert bout to do him mad dirty this series tho

Chandler is NOT trash. May be overpaid but he's a darn good player. He's just not the type of player you should count on to contribute on offense all the time. Some of you clones think basketball is all about offense and would probably call players like Motumbo and Rodman trash.

Nah, they played in the 90s, which automatically makes them Teflon status on this site.

When my team won the ship it was a team effort. i dont know how anyone would give chnandler most of the credit when we had 100% chemistry. i'd give JJ Barea more credit than tyson

Mutumbo>>>>Ibaka

Dennis Rodman >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Chandler, Noah. Not because they played in the 90s ,because of the intagibles. Rodman grabbed loose balls, drew fouls, steals etc etc

Chandler does none of that consistantly.
