Yeah.

Broken up with many women before but this particular one hit hard. We were both in tears. Unfortunately she attacked my personality in such a hurtful way during argument that I knew I would never get over what she said. Despite her numerous apologies, I had to call it a wrap right there and then.

Being principled can be tough.

Edit: There's also no coming back from crying in front of your woman (outside of a loved one dying) so that just reaffirmed my decision
