The average person won't come anywhere near to $10 million in his/her lifetime, even if we're talking total career earnings.

I said I like my chances not everyone's. But the average person should be confident enough that they can carve out a good life for themselves that $10 mil for 10 more years of life shouldn't even be a question. I guarantee there's not a person in this thread who said they'd take the money who wouldn't be devastated on their death bed and willing to give back every cent for another chance at life.

Yes.

Live fast, die young.

" But I get to live a long life, old and broke!"

:mjlol:

U quoted the name of a James Dean biography as if it has some deep philosophical meaning that one should live their life by and then u have the audacity to make fun of people who'd rather live a long life, while at the same time acting like it's a foregone conclusion that everyone is going to die old and broke..

With even a tiny bit of discipline and a half decent career a person can retire relatively comfortable and live a good life along the way.

Imagine turning this deal down then dying the next day.....

Imagine taking the deal and hitting the Powerball a week later...or getting a girl pregnant and knowing you're only going to be alive until ur kid is 10 years old.

"Good life" meaning working for approximately 40 years with some time-off interspersed, then sure.

I'm not sure you're correct about that. I wouldn't. Some of us don't think all that of this life thing, b. :manny:
