OPs title got ya'll fear mongering. The regents are REVIEWING their DEI efforts. Alot of the change, if any will be in the DEI offices themselves along with staff and faculty.

They're talking here about faculty and staff mainly, not students. It's not like they have a ton of black students and faculty anyway and the black enrollment did not change in the Ivy league, or any other school since the affirmative action was rolled back. Only Asian enrollment dropped. There are alot of black students that are high achievers, I doubt DEI

How many black staff and faculty did U of M have anyway. Most of the DEI hires are white women.

Like I've said before, all it would take is Black football players to boycott playing for a week in protest and that DEI initiative would be codified into UM policy. But Black folks aren't serious people in 2024 so it is what it is

Honestly, this is the only way. The only industry the black community has a lock on is athletics. Without black players, you have no college football, basketball, NFL, or NBA.

For instance, if Arabs, or Muslims wanted something done, all they have to do is shut down their gas stations, 7-11s, and Dunkin Donuts for 72 hours. Can you imagine the chaos from not having access to all that gas? Can you imagine people not getting their coffee and donuts? Can you imagine the people who didn’t get gas on their way home, and risked waiting until the next morning, and they’re on E, with 2 miles left, and the gas station around the corner is closed?
