See I hate this type of shyt as if companies arent already looking to shyt on the employees. They will try to shyt on them either way imo.
if companies are selling less product who do you think will be cut first the CEO or bottom employees?

For the average US citizen, this does not have any effect on you. The value of the dollar is mostly use for investment trading and selling good and services across the globe no matter what size of the company. So you are saying it benefits only large companies that trade what effect does it have on the every day common person?
To me it sounds like more transfer of wealth to the top by making the dollar weak and from you explanations of why you think it is good i may be wrong but from the reading im doing thats the impression that im getting.business 101
Yeah that is what has been said already if im wrong im wrong but i have a feeling for the common man its not a good thing. The value of the US dollar going down a bit isnt a bad thing if the US wants to export more "Made in America" products.
I'm sure all the coli economists know better than me but doesn't a strong dollar make it cheaper for us to buy things from the rest of the world? Isn't America a net import country for now and the foreseeable future? That is what I was reading still doing research but people seem to be arguing for it something I have honestly never seen in my life.I'm sure all the coli economists know better than me but doesn't a strong dollar make it cheaper for us to buy things from the rest of the world? Isn't America a net import country for now and the foreseeable future?

Its not news to me but thats kinda the point im trying to argue it seems like it only benefits big business. If this is all news to you. You might want to rethink your trip down this rabbit hole
Don't talk reality on here .a strong dollar isnt necessarily a good thing if you actually knew something
it creates trade deficits- we import more things from other countries but export less things which helps lead to job loss

If you are a big corporation and want to sell you product or services overseas, you want the dollar to be cheaper because it makes it more affordable. A stronger dollar make it expensive especially if you live in a emerging market, therefore less people will buy it.
Dfump just need to stop pissing off the international community. The US dollar is fine at this moment.

Once again this sounds like it only benefits big business and not the average consumer but I will let you cookLooks like this thread backfired......bigly.![]()
