Geez... I wonder why black people are the only ones that get razor bumps? Maybe the Hebrew Israelites are on to something :youngsabo:
Why the fukk does a god care about personal grooming? :dead:

Its so insane that people believes and even kill for that nonsense.

brehs that must join should stick to navy and af. there is no reason to join the marines.

when i went through tech school at keesler we stayed getting into it with the white marine detachment there. the special forces and marines are VERY anti black.
I personally like working with Marines in my field.

My brother was in the Marines already before I joined and he told me the same thing. I took the advice and didn’t even bother going to a Marine recruiter.

I think he thought it wasn’t going to be for me in the way that I was probably going to stay having issues with leadership which I did regardless.. I actually like Marine leadership in some ways more than other branches though. They are more direct and less p*ssy about things that SHOULD be done being done.

As far as these shave chits go, idk. I haven't seen or been around any active black Marines in a minute so I wonder how they feel and if it affects them. If this new policy is an idea that came from Hegseth though, then it is definitely racially motivated and probably stems from his weak-ass time in the military as an officer

yea for AF, how p*ssy your leadership is really depends on your AFSC. I was Comm my entire career so I totally agree with your sentiment.

my issue with AF leadership was how political the shyt was. I never had issues on the basis of race from the leadership though, that was always from my fellow enlisted.

i agree with you overall. but i definitely think that the chit thing is racially motivated, because they have taken other strides to not get black americans to join the military under hegstehs bytch ass.

most of these military turned politicans have weak careers and commissions granted to them through nepotism. fukk em.

Above the fray.
Current generation of young Black men will have fewer career opportunities than their fathers.
And it is crystal clear that Trump is setting it up for native born Americans to replace the undocumented in the labor market. Those jobs arent going away, and somebody has to do them.
Targeting college scholarships, financial aid, Job Corps, business grants, skilled trade apprenticeships, AND military opportunities.

I work directly with AF leadership now and lets just say I’m impressed with some, underwhelmed by others.

But you are correct, none of it is really racial. It’s all fukking political and motherfukkers dodging responsibility. I never seen no shyt like that even in Navy. Its one reason why I purposely tried not to make rank while in at a certain point.

But now, my old ass has to deal with these dudes and I’m even older/more experienced in certain things than some colonels now so that helps :mjlol:

As far as racial shyt, i do not see that as much. If you know wtf you are doing, we rather have you there regardless of race. There is still the underlining feeling as a black man that certain people can get away with certain things better than others though.

All upper level management/leadership is political for the most part.

:wtf: It said they no longer allow waivers and therefore can get kicked out or denied entry to service. Not that it’s acceptable and they don’t need waivers. That’s not a good thing
My bad. When it said discharge, I thought they meant ingrown hairs. I misread.

. I believe Trump got biggest boost from young Black men, the very demographic that will feel the repurcussions from these cuts and targeted restrictions first.

The gold sneakers, "he's a real one because he got shot at, and arrested" messaging, and the rapper endorsements, etc was all to get their votes.

Anybody over that age range should have known better, and embarrassed themselves publicly supporting Trump.
