80’s there was like a 1 in 5 chance of being raped and murdered by a serial killer. Dudes like Richard Ramirez breaking into houses and leaving dna all over the crime scene and the only way to catch em was to literally be walking past when a crime is happening.

Cops don't pursue crimes the crime rate drops


Earlier this year I threw a bottle at somebody's window in traffic not knowing the window was down. Clocked somebody in the head something serious, mightve had a concussion

I was riding a bike around the perimeter of the parking lot when the police showed up. It was a bad area. Police basically accused the people of being involved in a drug deal gone bad

No crime was reported
