There's this. But also, the youth ain't outside like that no more. Weed, porn, games and working from home changed shyt up. People aren't just in the streets getting into shyt anymore.
This a little theory I have...a few of my friends disagree with me. I believe it's partly due to technology and the procrastination that comes with it. There's almost 5 billion people on the planet using smartphones, that represents 60% of the earth's population. And the number of users is only going to go up.
People spend more times on their smartphones, be it functional 9-5ers or "career criminals". Let's say a guy makes a career in crime, he's probably going to be on his phone a few hours a day not committing crime. And some people use smartphones to broaden their horizons and learn new things.
For all the crazy things going on in the world, there's been no better time, in history, to be a human being than it is now.

Yes, there are plenty of unsolved murders in this country. And just because a dead hooker gets found in a marsh doesn't mean it gets recorded as a murder

Spent a few years in east side long beach
Few years off of rampart and 3rd In LA
4 years off of western and Manchester in south central.
I don’t remember seeing any bodies just sitting around and not being recorded as murders.
Can you explain what experience you have with people being murdered and it not being recorded?
