This American style of Capitalism, especially since 1980 (Reagan), is all about this income inequality. It needs this income inequality to thrive.
Then some have the fukking NERVE to say that $400,000 a year isn't wealthy.
This is the reality we don't want to face in this Nation. Everything put on tv is about Terrorism and Muslims but the real terrorism is allowing children to be in the streets.

So many of us live in bubbles that we rarely see the underbelly of america. If you've driven through some small towns you see some very disheartening sights. Ive seen towns that literally look post apocolyptic. People openly living in abandoned/ gutted brickbuildings, dirt roads, people walking around barefoot looking like they are 1 day away from pulling anyone with a car out of their vehicle. Kids that practically look like infants wandering the street like lost pets. The criticism we have for other nations is a joke when we so effortlessly ignore issues in our own backyard.
