If we're talking about impact to native populations through immigration, there are similarities today to 200 years ago. Blacks are leaving California because of Mexicans, which is in itself a type of population genocide. In parts of the world people are being replaced by immigrant populations, which is again a type of genocide. But alas the negative impact immigration has on black Americans in general is enough not to support. The potential threat of tyranny and genocide is another less immediate reason.

We don't need anymore Chinese students in the US. They do nothing but gentrify the country and are adverse to blacks besides. I'd rather live under a star spangled and imperfect American white governance than a red, Chinese tyrannical one. There are parts of the US with an overabundance of Asians and all of those places suck for blacks.

Black people were leaving California due to high-crime rates in Black areas, and rising rent and property values, plus burgeoning "Black friendly" cities, like Dallas and Austin, Texas, Washington DC and Atlanta, Georgia.

The immigration of East Asians isn't causing much of a negative effect, this is partly your anti-immigrant imagination.

Yep, cheating is a huge problem with the chinese. Folks keep buying into the stereotype but 70% magically come out of university and look like fish out of water, but in school they were beastmode.....what happened?

Cheating is a massive system in China, everyone knows this. I'm not saying their aren't any smart chinese, but their percentage isn't as high as its recorded. 10% are helping the other 90% look smart....

And Chinese students (as well as Indian, Japanese, Vienamese, and Korean) students have been cheating large numbers for years, many of the east-Asian school systems almost require it, with incredibly difficult standardised tests oftentimes given out, its just recently (the last 15 years) become easier to spot cheating and plagiarism. Many of the immigrants are rich Asian kids who have parents with high stardards (think Amy Chua without the hard-work she put into make sure her daughters were able to succeed), they see some kids that have the ability to achieve, and they think their kid can do it too. Not every Asian child is William Hwang, or Sophia Rubenfeld () but most are pushed to be so.

If you mean international students. It's true, I didn't take the SAT. Our high school programs were way tougher than US standards so they usually make the SAT optional

I played ball with a chinese guy getting his graduate degree and this kid got great grades in China, came here at 22 and is about to graduate. He was humble and focused...

Salute to him and what he will do for his family.

Also, i beat him 2 games in a row. The kid was no jeremy lin but had a great jump shot

I've seen a lot of Chinese cheat their asses off in college.

They have a whole lot of shyt in regards to manipulating the system, big time cheating.

I didn't have to take that because I came from an english speaking country.
