I hate this, but like the French in West Africa, too many Black countries bytch about colonial intervention but don't organize to solve our conflicts. ECOWAS hasn't done shyt since Sierra Leone peacekeeping and at least when Mbeki was in power SA, had tight ties with Haiti and Aristide. At least Kenya tried with police.

The gangs control a large part of Port au Prince. It’s not the whole country. PaP is only the capital. Tourists are still flying in to Cap Haitian in droves and such for the southwest and southeast regions
