My bad y'all I didn't know. All I saw was 'birth control', I'd have thought they would market the controlling of menstrual pain into a different pill to gain more profit.:yeshrug:

Dumb ruling, specifically because religious people shouldn't be the ones deciding what constitutes a sufficient burden to their practice- that's the court's job. the court basically gives them a free pass to do this now without itself providing actual clarification on what does and doesn't qualify as such a burden.

By this ruling, some Star Wars stan who claims to be a Jedi can say that they don't want to provide benefits to an employee because they sense the dark side in them, or I could claim to be a satanist and refuse to provide any Christians with benefits.

This is some real sketchy shyt on the Supreme Courts behalf.

Imagine how much better the country would be if Gore won....:wow: We would have essentially had a genius as president for those 8 years, instead of the good ole boy Bush...probably would have gotten at least one of those Supreme Court picks to.
