Dumb ruling, specifically because religious people shouldn't be the ones deciding what constitutes a sufficient burden to their practice- that's the court's job. the court basically gives them a free pass to do this now without itself providing actual clarification on what does and doesn't qualify as such a burden.
By this ruling, some Star Wars stan who claims to be a Jedi can say that they don't want to provide benefits to an employee because they sense the dark side in them, or I could claim to be a satanist and refuse to provide any Christians with benefits.
