I'll never be against uber or Lyft. I remember when we were in London we took a uber instead of a black cab and we got stuck in rush hour. 45 min and we only paid £17 if this was a black cab we would have been fleeced.

Anybody who’s ever taken one, isn’t against it. Taxi service is slow, expensive and straight up rape. I’m not going back to that. fukk Cali

we hated them so Uber took over. Now y’all acting like you bout to get something new. You back to calling cabs by phone and paying 75 cents a quarter mile plus time of trip

let’s not even talk overseas. I can tell a lot of people never been nowhere. Those cabs ain’t regulated. You don’t know if they are safe. You riding around not knowing where you are or if he bullshytting, running up the meter. Most you gotta stand outside the cab and haggle prices down.

Eventually a white lady and her kids saw what was happening and she said when her cab comes she will open the door but she will hold it for us and we can split it. So now we off to the side like we aint trying to look for a ride on some deception shyt and once her cab arrives we hop in that bytch looking at the driver like . This dude literally looked at us like and we back there , Emily and the kids on some . We paid for that ladies fare, gave the kids a buck each, and gave that driver zero tip.

I gotta say, this is one of the coolest ways I've ever heard about anyone dealing with this kind of situation. Respect due. My chest woulda hurt me from the laughter.

Dude said Lyft should stay in Cali. I said if they have to pay employees and benefits THEN THEY WONT BE WORKING FOR THEMSELVES ANYMORE. Because now they’d be W-2 employees

that would drive costs up for Lyft. Who instead of undercutting the taxis, would now have to compete with them because all the money they paid out
