I've had too much bad experiences with this thing.
One time i wrote down that i was going to wait in the front lobby, because these drivers never want to come upstairs. And I've seen countless drivers driving passed my building, and many other drivers pulling up at the front, and then calling me asking me where i am even though im the only one standing right there
One time some dude pulled up in the back of the building, and claimed he delivered it despite me not getting my food. I got my full refund but damn man i had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my mcdonalds
And dont even get my started on the amount of times these drivers mistake my building for other buildings on the street. It's as if these drivers aren't even using a gps or something
One time i decided to go downstairs since i had to go check the mail anyways, and it was a good thing i did because my delivery driver had a child in the backseat
I would much rather use skipthedishes despite them not including the vehicle they're using. Their selection is much more diverse. Only issues ive had was not all of my food being in the bag but i get my refund so it isnt a huge issue, only happened once or twice. And most of the stores that are offered, offer free delivery for any orders over $20
