Naw, they are just making sure there is FPS parity between PS4, PC, and Xbox One for this game. They have a sweet marketing deal with Ubisoft's lazy ass. So they made sure that shyt was going to be locked....

If i was Ubisoft i would say fukk the console makers and release games the way they visioned them. If its piff then people will buy in spite of what microsoft and sony has to say. "IF they build it good then they (the gamer's) will come"

They are so bad. The game will run on one core, and only use 40% of your gpu. They'll call that "optimized"
