This is so true.PC games have had to deal with this for years. Now you console stans can get a taste of your own medicine
How many of our games were scaled back to match the consoles?

Which system has the better CPU? That appears to be the issue here. Too many NPCs on the screen at once.

I have a 1080p Samsung 240hz 3D with all the trimmings
I also have a 1080p sony 3d 24in tv
And a LG 32in 720p TV
If I play a game like say Forza Horizon 2, then I later play it on the 720p TV (which I've done every day since FH2 has come out)
It doesn't look like a different game.
Sure, some of the details when the sun glistens on the car seem slightly "shiner" and whatnot, but thats it
You nikkaz will even say 900p is vastly different than 1080p

Guess I'm insane because the difference in BF4 on PS4 and on PC is pretty noticeable to me, as I've played both. Don't need to be an expert to see the difference between 720p and 1080p breh
