Honestly after watching a few minutes of his "manifesto", I was convinced he posted there, partly due to his references of being an "Alpha Male".

Honestly it's stupid, and reeks insecurity. There's a reason why, someone who's a fit person(me) never got into that forum.

That site is filled a lot people who address and adhere to that same agenda of insecurity. They think getting shape will solve all their internal problems, but many just don't have what it takes to stay consistent and see results...

yeah muscles don't fix lame...on a list of what girls find attractive a super ripped body is maybe 4th or 5th on the list...girls are perfectly find with a guy built like Justin Timberlake or Ryan Gosling ...spending all this money on roids and putting on unnecessary mass won't do much to attract females and you might even come off as too intimidating to them
