Yup. Both fanbases are biased, but in different ways. The difference I see is this.

KOTD fans actively dislike/resent Smack URL and their branded battlers.

Smack fans don't really care about anything that isn't connected to Smack.

True shyt. That's why I had that debatable for real. Roc can simple shyt and make it work. Charron wasn't gonna 3-0 him. And definitely didn't have Roc giving Charron a 3-0 either.



Nah. Show me and I'll admit I was wrong. But I have seen comments in KOTD battles where SMACK fans have dissed the league.

Pretty much everyone who watches KOTD either watches or knows about Smack battles/battlers. I'd bet the vast majority of the paying Smack fan base doesn't give half of a fukk about KOTD battles unless there's a known Smack battler on there. And the inferiority complex starts right from there. That's why you'll hear KOTD fans in an attempt to big up somebody like Dizaster try to tear down the Mooks or Tsu Surfs, meanwhile you'll hardly ever hear Smack fans even speak on Diz, and he's arguably the biggest battler outside of that platform.

It reminds me of UFC vs. boxing to be honest.

Nah, me and you gotta really disagree. Because I've seen Smack fans shyt on KOTD a lot before. They're not perfect but for me, some of the brothas I've wanted to see battle, they hooked it up.

I don't want to talk about Grind Time though. They didn't give GT Upstate and GT DMV more love. But anyways, like I told MJ, point it out and I'll say was wrong. But make no mistake that Smack fans have really shytted on KOTD. No downplaying it. No eh whatever. They have shifted on the league before.

URL fans don't really follow KOTD. They literally don't watch and couldn't tell you who the KOTD champion is.

However, a KOTD fan is open to watching the URL.

I hate to make this race related, but we (blacks) are gonna just stick to what we like. I only listen to rap & r&b. That is it. I couldn't tell you what is happening in rock or any other genre. That's how it is. Someone white is more likely to take an interest in music that caters to blacks than vice versa.
