Dana White has said it himself, that he had to yell and fight with Anderson when they did the press conference in Brazil to get him to fight Chael, He doesnt think Chael has earned the shot, and he doesnt like how disrespectful Chael is

I'm not discrediting the fact that Silva was mad and didnt want to give Chael a shot..I know what Dana said how they were locked in a room for 4 hrs arguing back and forth. It doesnt matter what Silva thinks...He is just an EMPLOYEE to the company..Fact is Chael took it to the limit with Silva, something no one has done in the UFC, defeated Stann and Bisping, he earned his rematch. Silba doesn't like how disrespectful Chael is..The promotion from the first fight and now this one is astronomical thanks to Chael...and finally Silva started to play the game. The payday that Silva will be getting for this is ridiculous.
