You don't need good hands to beat Ron DeRousey. She was actually landing well against Ron in the rematch, but she stupidly kept going for the takedown which Ron kept reversing. Ron is without exaggeration one of the worst strikers in the UFC right now, she just has a lot of power.

i don't know her training regimen or camp but i do brazilian jiu jitsu and defending/escaping when mounted or someone on your back is 101. holly flipping her was a bad move as well
