That's true man. That's something that someone just into bars has to realize... I think that's something that B-Magic overcame. You have to let the crowd show their appreciation for the bars because it builds up the reactions to what you're saying. Xcel said some tough shyt in the second I think and everyone was spazzing... then tried to keep going and ended on some super disappointing filler line

Xcel 2-1 IMO i liked Anubis 3rd round better than the 1st and 2nd

I only liked his 3rd in terms of delivery... rest were ehh...

Judging in this one was hard. Anubis has the more topical stuff, Xcel has the real smart bars. I thought Xcel was better, but I could see why people would say Anubis took it. It's UFF, not some rap nerd bar god type shyt, it's gotta be hitting everybody in that room. And those rappers that are judges, you're trippin if you think a lot of that stuff isn't going over their heads. And UFF just goes so fast that if the bars are over heads, it doesn't give time for people to think about it.

That's why guys like Sno succeed in it, his bars were tough but nothing that you had to think about. That's why I totally thought Dot would take the previous week's, but his bars were just weak overall and Brizz had aggression that made Dot look like a little boy.

Nonetheless, I've liked both weeks and am looking forward to the upcoming ones. This season has already set the bar pretty high.

I don't think Xcel's bars were too cerebral .... I think it's more based on the quiet setting.... people generally remember the bars and the crowd reactions to them... because Xcel was keeping the crowd quiet during the judgment it felt like he wasn't as good esp when the Egyptian flip was fresh on their minds

But breh... you thought Dot would win at anything?

Never watched DBZ... line did nothing to me... though I knew that Gohan is a character on the show.



I thought because of delivery of the bars, Xcel had 1&2... then Anubis flip on 3 was phenomenal and they would want someone like that to advance... based on fan favorites like Clips/Hollow/etc. I would prefer watching Xcel get in the ring with someone like JC......
