ty law looks like bill collector and lamarcus aldridge. besides the repeating words for schemes this was a really good battle. I feel like it was good because of the crowds lack of REAL disturbance. They just "ohhh" at bars and shut up. But anyone have the thing where mickey is talking about people repeating words? I'd actually like to listen to it.

this was prolly my favorite interview that they had, Mickey was droppin at kinds of facts/gems on those PG nikkas but they so hyped up in their "us against the top tiers" point of view that they aint gon really listen to what he was sayin
top tier nikkas are definitely getting lazy and half-assin but i still feel like if ANY of them went 100% like they used to they would run through 98% of the PG dudes

...I never gave Bmagic props for that battle. I actually thoguht he was boring and Im not a fan of daylyt either.
Listen I'm not saying B Magic is trash, im just saying hes is repetitive and he could end up like conceited if he's not careful. alot of people rated conceited until 2 or 3 years of hearing the same setups, same flow and same sh!t...now nikkas ready to throw him off the stage.

I kinda see where Mickey is coming from, but here's where it gets tricky. Does anybody remember the Tsu Surf vs Conceited battle? Tsu Surf did the repeating words thing (plus he was reaching) several times. If you notice, there's a guy on stage going crazy over those bars who looks a whole lot like MICKEY FACTZ. That's the problem. A lot of stretched out schemes & reaches go over well live, depending on how well you sell it. Maybe if respected heads like Mickey weren't going so crazy over Surf's shtick, these new guys wouldn't think it's a cool thing to do.

Nobody is pointing out the fact that Mickey Factz did nothing but contradict himself and use double standards the entire interview. On one hand he'll be on stage spazzing when a vet brings a scheme back, but he hates how the new guys do the same thing. He says battlerap doesn't give him the same feel since sm2. He said he didn't like any of the crown battles, but it's the new guys who are coming in a messing up the game. He doesn't like any of the PG guys but they are the dudes having the dope battles.

A lot of these comments make me side with the battlers asking for WAYYYYY more money.... We want these dudes to keep raising the bar, and coming up with off the wall shyt constantly.... Like now we're at a point where we're being OVERLY critical.
