Damn I just learned that the high school girls in Uganda ain’t allowed to grow their hair out so that’s why all they heads was shaved

Even older women the look is common, It's cheap and affordable. You rarely see women wear weaves or wigs

People get this confused with clitoris mutilation which is inhumane and demonic.
