I feel you breh, I honestly never cooked my own meals till i got onto the calorie game but think of it like this.

If your girl, mom or dad is the one cooking or whomever else, just check out the fridge and look at what they're making. Chicken for example. Most frozen skinless boneless chicken breats/thighs come in about 4 oz servings.

If you look at the packages where they're getting their food, the packages will say like one serving = 4oz. One serving has 110 calories, 25 grams of protein, 0 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fat etc.

Any food you buy in the store, any food that's packaged at least, will have nutritional info on the packages. If it's whole fruit or vegetables, try using google.
