Being charged with domestic battery doesn’t make you a criminal.
You could have legit held your girl or pushed her away while she was attacking you. If she has any marks on her body from y’all going at it, the police can arrest you and charge you with domestic battery.
You could legit bond out within a few hours and be back home as well.
