I'm not personally an ADL fan for a number of reasons (in part because they support pro-Israel and anti-BDS bullshyt including when dealing with Mandela), but at times they've been on the right side too, like when they worked to oppose the Supreme Court's gutting of the Voting Rights Act, partnering with the NAACP to demonitize hate accounts on Facebook, and being one of many groups pushing to get Tucker Carlson out of the paint for his White Nationalist bullshyt.
