Supposedly he knows the NBA and was one of the top assistant coaches in the league. He also supposedly has the respect of the players and is not afraid to hold them accountable. I thought the Cavs were going to the Finals with Blatt and I think they'll go with Lue as well. BUT I don't think they'll win the Chip becuz of their lack of scoring off the bench and slow tempo.

Hopefully they speed it up like Lue wants becuz unlike most of the coli I don't mind seeing LeBron in the Finals year after year. He's the best player in the east and that's who I want to see represent the East.

Spoelstra was confirmed as a fairly idiotic coach. To be specific and fair, he's good at defense and big picture stuff, terrible at making adjustments and adapting to personnel. Blatt was a new commodity that might have been able to function if his system were implemented.

I just don't understand firing a coach in the middle of a season where you are leading your conference. Make the change before the season.
