I don't really have a big problem with it, no one will be saying this shyt in 5 years, but with that in mind I do hate when people say "it's not slang, it's AAVE".

It's slang, it often originates from black culture but it's not AAVE. No one was saying "it's giving" 30 years ago, this isn't some deep, sacred cultural shyt. Your grandparents aren't saying "It's the...for me" It's slang that will (hopefully) be gone in a few years.
