- Standard British food is terrible, they dont season their food at all. pack some salt/pepper and hot sauce in your carry-on. Be prepared to have fries with everything

-Do not eat at a KFC, a Sergeant does their chicken, not the Colonel

-Curry is the way to go IMO

Thumbs up op the North is the way to go. And English food is not bad.
You could have a full English, Sunday roast, mash mushy peas and sausages, fish and chips, baked beans on toast. Or you could just eat the ethnic stuff like curry or my favourite salt fish and food.

For Pubs though Yates is good and Tobys Calverley I'm good to
