Those pictures aren't of soldiers being put in the street. 1 is of cadets in Clapham where there is a cadet base and they were on their way to get donations. The other picture is old, and from the summer time.

People are sending round the video of the 2011 London riots and telling people it's from this week. Its scaring people and whipping them into a frenzy.
