Violence is the way in which white people solve conflicts. If the very people that run your community operate in one way, I don't expect the ones they Lord over to operate differently, rather in a way that is more characteristic of their leaders.
"If you don't have resources, take it from someone else." is the white MO. I don't expect a marginalized group that has been brutalized for 400 years to operate any different from that, especially if 'said' group fails on all metrics in relation to that dominant group.
If you can show me a group similar to Black people and our experiences in world history that operated differently from the dominant group in their society and prospered, I will concede my point.
