Russians outnumber Ukraine so they got 40 million more Russkies (just throwing a random number out here) to throw at Ukraine. And historically that's how Russians have turned the tide in a war. They throw away men like you and me throwing away a candy wrapper cause they got plenty of men to throw away.

Ukraine killing more Russians than Russians have killed Ukraine (which i don't know if thats true or not) would mean nothing cause the Russian army still would greatly outnumber the Ukraine army.

Its like if you had 100 guys but I had 1000 guys. I kill 50 of your guys, and you kill 150 of my guys. Yeah you got more of my men than I got of yours but guess what?

The 850 of my men that's left is about to give your 50 remaining men that work

Real war plans dont get leaked. They are at significantly higher classification levels and few people have access to all of the plan.

thats why they refer to russian solider as orcs since they just keep trying to overwhelm the Ukrainian soldiers since there just so many bullets they have on hand before they run out and are outgunned.

Ukraine hasn't been able to take Crimea after a year and some change of effort, the ENTIRE world (besides 3 countries) lending them a MASSIVE amount of aid, and top flight intelligence from the most dominant military in the world...that's not even mentioning the colossal amount of pro-Ukrainian videos that show them as a premier force, and the Russians as largely incompetent. That alone should make people question what the hell is really going on.

And Russia is just downright full of shyt. I think it's moreso a 1:1 casualty ratio, which is still crazy when you think about it. Ukraine should probably be steamrolling right now.

But Ukraine didn't even try to go for Crimea yet, because they lacked proper equipment. You're saying like they tried and failed, but that's not the case. They will try in the coming months since now they have proper firepower provided by the West.
