You can just download the dlc, but if you buy the disk you get all the dlc costumes for all the characters.
Are you sure? So since i already have Super Street fighter 4 on disc i don't need to pay another $39.99 to get the ultra street fighter game? I don't have the digital version of Super Street fighter 4 i have it on disc. I'm confused.
You can upgrade for like 15$ to get ultra even with disk. Might be cheaper than that now.
The game comes out for PS4 on May 26th and costs $24.99

You can keep fighting it, but tiers matter. On top of that, that's not what tiers mean, if it's a 6:4 matchup then if two players are at similar skill levels then X character would be Y character 6 times out of 10 because X character is better
