Except that they nerfed the damage on it, along with most of her other moves. Axe kick getting nerfed in a game full of divekick happy characters that ALL have better defensive options than Koto is absolutely retarded. BOTH ultras got nerfed. Nearly all her tools are worse now and they gave her a few useless "buffs" that no one will use. She's probably the only character on the entire roster that got nerfed overall.

I dont know what you're talking about. Yes, combos scale damage, duh. Fukiage damage got nerfed apart from that, as did most of her other moves. She does a lot less damage now overall, and allowing her to be hit out of ultra 2 makes her defensive options even weaker than they already were. There isnt much reason to use double ultra now because there isnt much reason to use u2. Shes the only character that had her offense and defense nerfed and wasnt given anything substantial to make up for it.
