Capcom had no involvement in the USF4 port actually other than developing the base code. Sony handled the publishing and funded Other Ocean--a notable bad developer who ruined other fighting game ports--to handle it.

In comparison, QLOC did the DmC DE port which was funded by Capcom and outside of the AF issue (which was fixed) the port for that was really solid. Capcom themselves did REMake HD and DMC4SE.

Capcom is at fault for taking that money from Sony without ensuring quality. Consider that Capcom hasn't done a terrible HD port of a fighting game since MvC2 which was years ago. They always hired good devs to treat their games like, well, not shyt.

Sony is at fault for letting this shyt pass certification. I mean for fukks sake the game still has the 'press start' menu on the main page and the PS4 doesn't HAVE a start button.

And Other Ocean is just bad at porting. IDARB is awesome but man don't let these dudes port anymore games. Please.

This is a tournament standard version of a good game...what if this isn't fixed in two months? What kind of shytshow would that be? Sony funding Capcom Tour to use their equipment and the one job they really had (not fukking up USF4) was failed.

This is the 3rd out of five total current gen fighting games that have had shytty releases on the consoles. I expect shyt out of NetherRealm because they're garbage developers who think hiring local talent like High Voltage is smart. But Capcom...this is a bad fukking look.

KI and Xrd are still the standards for not completely botching a fighting game launch, and that's sad cause Arc Sys is the most 'fukk these nikkas' developer out there.

This Is the tournament standard tho :russ: the worst thing is that they HAVE to fukking use this version for CEO and EVO...
